Question about usage of porous volume analysis

Hi developers：
I am following your paper but exactly implemented on another ZIF material, and I wanna know how to use the porous volume analysis tool via this aMOF package after installation since I am not very skilled at Python. When I run it as "python Compute_structural_properties.py", the shell screen shows a lot of help messages, and I can't just figure out how to let it work on my ZIF-8.xyz file, and it would be very helpful if you could indicate it for me.

The example files are Jupyter notebooks saved in .py format.
They should therefore be opened with Jupyter Notebook.
