Problem Statement
The default camera orientation, when using a smartphone, seems to be horizontal. However, I use my phone mounted on like spotting scopes & telescopes and the webcam function to simply stream the image to my computer. Together with the thick USB C cable, a horizontal orientation puts a lot of strain on the smartphone mounts, which can mess with the position, which can be very flimsy depending on your equipment & magnification. Being able to rotate the camera view would help mounting the smartphone in a vertical position instead.
Proposed Solution
Add a setting to not just mirror the view, but also one to rotate it by 90°.
