Shade window intermittently missing during playback

After recording with Arctic, during playback to compare two sets of screenshots, the comparison occasionally fails because the Shade is missing from the replayed screenshot. Increasing the value of arctic.player.pre.overrides.timings.sc in player.properties has not resolved the issue.

Could there be an error in my operational steps?

Thanks for reaching out! Is the shade window always invisible, or does it happen only occasionally? Please share screenshots of the player while Arctic is playing the recordings. Feel free to redact any sensitive fields as needed.

During test case playback, when comparing screenshots with the record, the Shade disappears, causing the comparison to fail, and this issue is more likely to occur with the first screenshot. However, this issue hardly occurs when running the case test alone, but is highly likely to happen when it is run together with other test cases.

After increasing arctic.player.pre.firstTestDelay.wait to 5000, the issue can still be reproduced.

Do you use latest version of Arctic? We are curious if the latest change caused this https://github.com/corretto/arctic/pull/15/changes#diff-1665bfdd6b0bf07cca2ee6eba35f130705d0de17e9992cc9036d313ee5f2d1f4R127
Would you please try without that commit as well? Also are you using twm? It is very old and trying to understand if that can be the problem? Are you able to reproduce this problem on newer linux window managers? And lastly please confirm why there are 2 shades on the workbench initially?Having 2 shades is not a problem but old window managers might cause problems

I am using the latest version of Arctic. I will try reverting the above commit.
Yes, I am using twm. I will try using newer Linux window managers.

Regarding the two shades on the workbench initially: they were intentionally added to try to resolve the occasional disappearance of the shade.Even when there is only one shade, this issue can still be reproduced.
