Scope

• Text input runs locally in the browser for v1.
• Detect common PHI-like patterns: names, dates, phone numbers, emails, addresses, MRNs, insurance IDs, locations, and organization names.
• Highlight findings and produce a redacted copy.
• Include a clear caveat: this helps reduce risk but is not a legal HIPAA de-identification determination.

• No text is uploaded in v1.
• The page states that users should not enter real client details if they do not need to.
• Redaction output is copyable.
• Synthetic examples cover all common identifier classes.
