Provide a small, source-linked set of common mental health concepts that clinicians may need when working with interoperable records.

Scope

• Do not build a broad SNOMED browser in v1.
• Start with a small curated list tied to assessments, symptoms, interventions, and behavioral health documentation examples.
• Confirm license/source posture before publishing any display text at scale.
• Link to VSAC or official terminology resources where appropriate.

Acceptance checks

• Scope is explicitly limited and source-backed.
• Each concept has code, system, display/source note, and last checked date.
• The repo explains why broad terminology browsing is out of scope for v1.
• Examples are synthetic and PHI-free.
