feature: Setup Husky, Lint-Staged & Prettier for CI/CD

Description

Add automated code quality checks to the repository:

Prettier: Enforce consistent code formatting.
Husky & Lint-Staged: Run linting and formatting on committed files automatically.
Pre-Push Hook: Block commits that break the build.

@TyDunn Would love to work on it. I'll raise a pr adding these, if you are looking for external contributions. Please let me know if you want further changes.
