Neither cargo or queue do this. I want to be able to push tasks into a container and when it hits some threshold, then the worker should execute.

Batch might not be the best name for this. Maybe threshold or trigger or something similar? Is this a feature that needs to be added to an existing method, or a separate method?

I would say a new method as adding this to either of the existing methods that are like this would make sense since it would change the way they function.
