Call to deprecated function (or staticmethod) owner_app.

Hello!

After updating my project version of conductor-python from 1.1.10 to 1.3 an error is happening with this title: "Call to deprecated function (or staticmethod) owner_app."

I identified this commit adding this new parameter (at least for me): 22d189f

However, I am not capable of fixing the problem, I do not understand where this owner_app error comes from in my code, because it is when the conductor-python calls with http request to conductor server when it is returned.
