path is reset after running ohmyzsh #20

Description

@howarddierking

Bootstrapper sets up zsh as the default shell, so it will be common for folks to want to then run ohmyzsh. The problem is that this clears the path settings established by bootstrapper and pulls them into the file ~/.zshrc.pre-oh-my-zsh

Not sure the best way to address this (maybe just in documentation), but calling it out.

solved by simply source ~/.zshrc.pre-oh-my-zsh - but not sure whether there's a better way
