Take 60-second demo video of working prototype

Goal

Record a short video showing TreeGuard in action. Needed before any outreach.

Shot list

1. Dry soil → red LED pulsing (3 seconds)
2. Pour ~1L water at base of tree
3. LED transitions to green (the money shot)
4. Pan showing frame, signage, QR code
5. Title card with GitHub URL

Specs

• 60 seconds max
• Horizontal (16:9)
• Natural lighting preferred
• No music needed (ambient is fine)
• Host on YouTube (unlisted) or in repo as release asset

Acceptance

• Video recorded and uploaded
• Link added to README
