Description
According to the table in FMT_SMF_EXT.1, function 26 (enable / disable developer modes) is O O O O across the board. In other words, it would be a valid selection to have this function as "User Only".
However the test states:
The evaluator shall exercise the TSF configuration as the administrator and, if not restricted to the administrator, the user, to enable and disable any developer mode. The evaluator shall test that developer mode access is not available when its configuration is disabled. The evaluator shall verify the developer mode remains disabled during device reboot.
Why does the test assume that the administrator can configure this function? The same incongruity actually occurs in other functions such as function 4, function 5, function 19, and function 20. Am I missing something?
