This feature would function similarly to Discord's forum-style channel type, allowing users to create searchable "posts" with tags. I personally use this feature on that app quite a bit for organizing ttrpg games, but can see other uses as well. (organizing art and conversations about art in the same place, a suggestions channel for users to request changes to a room or propose new community ideas, organization of community events, etc).
Given the similarities to threads, this seems like something that could be bootstrapped on top of the existing threads system. The real trick seems like it would be giving the channel a clean ui and making posts taggable and searchable by both tag and title.
