Admin Statistics

Search for something to generate admin part statistics and integrate it into the project

@quimpm It would be nice to specify also what kind of data and metrics we would like to show in the administration part.
@sergisi has said about number of calls of the endpoints to track the most called one. I think it's a great idea and a nice start.

@Oriolac I feel like it wouldn't be hard at all, we just have to connect a db oriented to this and change the middle layer so that it records it

@sergisi Also, keep in mind that we should store which user has made the request for process mining

@sergisi Right. If we have enough time we can iterate through that issue but as Xavi said it was something optional, we can delay it and finish the other issues first.
