<h2 class="title">1. Likeness</h2>
<p> <b>CodeWave Hub</b> reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or, dispose of
any work product/description, likenesses, and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes in all
media (including, but not limited to, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.</p>
<h2 class="title"> 2. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE.</h2>
<p> Without limiting any separate agreement between yourself and CodeWave Hub concerning CodeWave Hub's confidential information, including,
without limitation, any CodeWave Hub Nondisclosure Agreement you might enter into, you agree that you will not publish, disclose,
or otherwise, divulge or use (other than as expressly permitted under the terms and conditions of the membership) any Confidential
Information of CodeWave Hub without the prior written consent of CodeWave Hub in each instance. "Confidential Information" means all information and
material that is transmitted by the future CodeWave Hub to you (or otherwise developed or obtained by you) in connection with your participation in the Program
that you should reasonably have understood due to legends or other markings, the circumstances of disclosure, or the nature of the information
itself, to be proprietary and confidential to CodeWave Hub, including, without limitation, any information or material relating to products, services,
vendor lists, customer lists, prospect lists, pricing and sales information, and future plans. You will exercise at least the
the same amount of diligence in preserving the secrecy of the Confidential Information as you use in preserving the secrecy of your own most valuable
confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care. Confidential Information does not include information or material that you
can document (a) is publicly available through no action or fault of yours; (b) was already in your possession or known to you before being
disclosed or provided to you by CodeWave HubCodeWave Hub, provided that the source of such information or material was not obligated in any way to maintain its
confidentiality; (c) was or is obtained by you from a third party, provided that such third party was not obligated in any way to maintain its
confidentiality; or (d) is independently developed by you without reference to any Confidential Information.
</p>
<h2 class="title">3. TERM AND TERMINATION.</h2>
<h5 class="title">3.1 Term.</h5>
<p>
By completing your registration and joining the CodeWave Hub Student Community, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, effective from the date of your registration
(the "Effective Date") until the earlier of the following: (1) 24 August of every year. However, please note that this date may be extended once, up to September 24,
but no further extensions will be permitted, and any delay beyond this will not be allowed. (2) we provide you with written notification that you are no longer part
of the CodeWave Hub, or (3) you provide us with written notification that you are withdrawing from the CodeWave Hub.
<br> <br>
The CodeWave Hub community reserves the right to terminate the membership of any candidate who engages in misconduct, breaches the code of conduct, or fails to meet the
performance standards. Such termination will be effective immediately and without prior notice.

<h5 class="title">3.2 Notice.</h5>
<p>
To provide us with notice of withdrawal, please send such notice to <b>.xteam.codewavehub@lords.ac.in</b>. CodeWave Hub may use the email address you have
submitted in your acceptance to join the CodeWave Hub to provide you with electronic notice at that address. It’s your sole responsibility
to notify the CodeWave Hub Students community by email at <b>xteam.codewavehub@lords.ac.in</b> of any changes to your email address. Notices shall be deemed effective upon receipt of one
(1) business day after it was sent by email.

<h1 class="title">Code Of Conduct</h1>
<h2 class="title">1. Our Pledge</h2>
<p>We as members and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free
experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex
characteristics, gender identity, and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status,
nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and
healthy community.</p>
<h2 class="title">2. Our Standards</h2>
<h3 class="title"> 2.1 Expected Behavior</h3>
<p>Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:</p>
<ul class="title">
<li>Treat all community members with respect, empathy, and kindness.</li>
<li>Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.</li>
<li>Be mindful of the impact of your words and actions on others.</li>
<li>Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people</li>
<li>Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences</li>
<li>Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback</li>
<li>Accepting responsibility and apologizing to those affected by our mistakes, and learning from the experience</li>
<li>Focusing on what is best not just for us as individuals, but for the overall community</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="title"> 2.2 Unacceptable Behavior:</h3>
<p> Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include: </p>
<ul class="title">
<li>The use of sexualized language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances of any kind</li>
<li>Intimidation, threats, or stalking of community members.</li>
<li>Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks</li>
<li>Public or private harassment</li>
<li>Sharing or promoting explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.</li>
<li>Publishing other's private information, such as a physical or email address, without their explicit permission</li>
<li>Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="title">3. Our Responsibilities</h2>
<p> Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior and
will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior that they deem inappropriate,
threatening, offensive, or harmful.
<br> Community leaders have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject proposals/content, and other requests that are not
aligned to this Code of Conduct, and will
communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.
<br> Community leaders have the right to remove you from the community group/event/and may cancel your membership with the community If the
code of conduct is not followed.
</p>
<h2 class="title">4. Scope</h2>
<p> This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces and also applies when an individual is officially
representing the community in public spaces. Examples of representing our community include using an
official e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed
representative at an online or offline event.
</p>
<h2 class="title">5. Enforcement</h2>
<p> If you experience or witness any behavior that violates the Code of Conduct, please report it promptly. You can reach out to us via email at
<b><a href="mailto:lead.codewavehub@lords.ac.in" style="text-decoration: none; color: black;">lead.codewavehub@lords.ac.in</a></b>.Provide as much detail as possible to help us understand the incident, including dates, times, and any supporting evidence.
All reports will be handled confidentially and with sensitivity. <br>
All community leaders are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.
</p>
<h2 class="title"> 6. Consequences </h2>
<p>Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in various actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the behavior. Possible actions include:</p>
<ul class="title">
<li>Private warning or reminder of the Code of Conduct.</li>
<li>Public warning or temporary suspension from community activities.</li>
<li>Permanent removal from the community, revoking access to community resources.</li>
<li>In cases involving illegal activities, appropriate authorities may be contacted.</li>
</ul>
