Icon + text list primitive (.sf-icon-list)

Problem

"Feature / benefit" lists (icon + label rows) are extremely common on marketing pages, but there's no primitive for them. Users hand-assemble icon + text alignment/gap each time. We ship .sf-icon (sizes, boxed) but nothing for the list pattern.

Scope

• .sf-icon-list (+ item element) handling icon/label alignment, gap, and marker replacement.
• Reuse --sf-icon-*, --sf-content-gap, logical properties.
• Optional size/spacing modifiers via tokens.

Acceptance

• .sf-icon-list renders aligned icon+text rows with a gap knob
• Works with .sf-icon children
• Documented
