[BUG] when using Show PR status footer texts get totally crazy when using iTerm2 #209

Bug Description
Its creating OSC 9 links when Show PR status footer is true and making the whole window almost unreadable
Looks good in normal macos terminal:

Enable Show PR status footer under /config
Expected Behavior
To look like this when enabled
Environment
- Neovim version: v0.11.2
- Claude Code CLI version: 2.1.71
- OS: macOS 26.1
- Plugin version: commit 432121f according to Lazy and 0.3.0 in ~/.local/share/nvim/lazy/claudecode.nvim/CHANGELOG.md
- iTerm2 version: Build 3.6.8
