Make sure the date picker allows you to type in values

Currently when you get to any point where the date and time are invalid, the input box immediately starts showing errors. This makes it difficult to manually type in values.

For example, if you try to backspace out all the values in the HH field in order to put in new ones, the input box immediately has an error within it and you cannot type in the intended, valid values.

• Ensure that the values within the datetime textbox can always be edited regardless of their state
• Have the error that the current value is invalid displayed outside of the box

This is using react-datetime and yeah... it doesn't work so great.
