Now: id-keyed dedup, author-aware text fallback for id-less comments (Meta's standard-access `/replies` omits `id`/`from` for third-party commenters — documented platform behavior), and legacy anonymous rows backfill in place when identity arrives. API + MCP fetch paths normalize Meta's empty-string ids.
