Description of the bug

when embedding a throwing knife in a guy you can no longer rmb him and yank it out so you have to surgically remove it instead

What's the difference with what should have happened?

when someone has non-diggable shrapnel you can right click them and yank it out

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. throw a knife at a guy until it embeds
2. right click him and observe the lack of yank out object verb
3. attempt to remove it from them with a knife (doesnt work)
4. scan them to see they do in fact have shrap
