Description of the bug

Researchers can't get their headsets in any way, other than admin help. Also they get a black webbing from their kit, while still having an option to select another one, perhaps remove the first one.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Researcher should be able to get a headset, and they should not recieve an extra webbing. Also some cloths now cost points, might be intended, or not, no idea about that part.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Join game as researcher
2. Open Researcher's Wardrobe.
3. Recieve no headset and an extra black webbing.
