Description of the bug

Incen OB came down, a carrier and despoiler were both instantly gibbed when they were trying to pat the fire out on the ground, didn't even have time to go into crit

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Should just take normal health damage

How do we reproduce this bug?

Was unable to reproduce in the T-Dome, but it happened twice during this round that we saw.

• Note: 2 separate ahelps about being insta-gibbed by white fire from an incen OB that didnt land/set them on fire, but gibbed them when they tried to pat the fire. No clue as to the cause and could not be replicated in the tdome. Kill feed showed that they were killed by normal weapons from people despite not being shot during that time.

patting flames should properly log the kill feed but i otherwise dont see any issues with this

Patting fire does not ignite a xeno, but does apply damage. See #6484
