Description of the bug

An MT may change the access requirements of an airlock, but a synthetic and SEA may not, regardless of whether their ID is in the opposing hand or on their ID slot and the access on it.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Anyone with engineering access should likely be able to edit the requirements of an airlock

How do we reproduce this bug?

  1. Be a USCM synthetic or non-engineering staff
  2. Print an airlock electronics or find one
  3. Try to swipe your ID on the airlock electronics
