Add config to disable camera

It looks like this plugin unconditionally sends raw camera data over MQTT whenever a snapshot is captured. This is very undesirable for me, I don't care about sending camera data to homeassistant and it just causes my MQTT server to handle a bunch of extra binary data. It would be great if there was a config option to disable this.
