2 instances on 1 Pi now result in 4 Devices in HA

Hi,

I am not sure if I am right to adress this here.
I just
activated MQTT
with HA discovery
and changed topics and ID and names to have the same as the Octoprint devices installed.
I removed old MQTT discovered ones and hope that new discovered will merge - but now I have 4 devices

What can I do?
Do I have to remove all 4 ? (I dont like because of automations connected)
