Hardward Requirements for Motion Analysis

I am hoping someone could give me information on hardware requirements to run two cameras for video capture and streaming, along with Bluetooth enabled motion analysis insoles.

Also thank you for this repo. Getting into computer vision for motion analysis and this looks to be a valuable resource.
