Installation problem

I'm trying to use this plugin but I've hit a roadblock.

I've installed it both with Package Control and also manually and every time I get the same result. First off I can't see any confirmation that the plugin was installed at all. I go into Preference->Package Settings but Subforce is not in there. None of the other menus have any mention of Subforce either. So I don't know how I would control it, like logging in, checking out, etc. I opened up the command console and I see the following message:

File "C:\Users\sbernal\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages\Subforce\Subforce.py", line 66, in __init__

KeyError: 'folder'

Any ideas??

I go into Preference->Package Settings but Subforce is not in there.

Subforce doesn't provide a menu item under Package Settings yet. I'll open an issue for that.

None of the other menus have any mention of Subforce either.

When you first open the console after starting Sublime, do you see reloading plugin Subforce.Subforce anywhere?
Also, Have you tried accessing commands using Ctrl-Shift-P?

I opened up the command console and I see the following message:

Looks like you've caught a bug.
Subforce uses the first open folder in the active window as Perforce's current working directory. You can manually override that with the "current_working_directory" setting, but the bug is that Subforce still requires you to have a folder open. So, as a workaround, you should be able to just open your project folder to satisfy Sublime.
