PDF/A conformity?

Does clawPDF really create PDF/A conform files?

PDF/A-1b and A-3b are declared as non-conform by many tools.

If I select PDF/A-2b it's even more strange because let's say I create one file as PDF/A-2b, nothing happens.

If I change then to PDF/A-1b or 3b, then 2 files will be created in the last setting, as if the file which should have been created in PDF/A-2b is in printing queue.

for example this PDF had been successfully validated as PDF/A-2b
i-n-BREED-adhim (at least his friends are cool).pdf
created by libreoffice (always the) newest version 25.2.3.2.
i can only use PDF/A-1b and PDF/A-2b according to https://gemspec.gematik.de/docs/gemSpec/gemSpec_Aktensystem_ePAfueralle/latest/#3.12.1.1

We really could need PDF/A-2b or PDF/A-2u conformity.

We think that PDFCreator and/or PDF24 can offer the desired conformity but the programmers decision of infiltrating, or how did Zora Wild and Heidi Cauckwell (2 wonderful women) described it? the users operating-system with "invasive" Adware-Malware is unpredictable. This is the reason why we still stuck at clawPDF.
