New field: "alternative name"

This could be shown in the details and also increase recall for resources with alternative (e.g. short) names. FIN-CLARIN reports making active use of this.

The resourceInfo profile has a property resourceShortName with concept link "resource name" (distinct from "resource title"!).

@mmatthiesencsc no this has not yet been implemented. It will have to be combined with a batch of other work for the VLO, which will need to be planned for. Once it is implemented, I will mention it here and close the issue.

A VLO maintenance release is on the schedule by the end of the year. This is on the milestone for that release.
