We are a company that specializes in practical, yet scalable, enterprise open source development. Our niche is helping early startups or established companies
optimize their development process through lean strategies, transparent understanding, specialized education, threat modeling, performance tuning, consultative analysis and proven recipes.
We are also experts in developing web applications, web services, and micro-service architectures for mobile, office, or network consumption either
internal or client-facing.

CI Wise Inc. was formed on March 19, 2015 by David L. Whitehurst and Patricia R. Whitehurst as a
corporation with the state of North Carolina. The company is located just south of downtown
Raleigh, North Carolina. And, while the Raleigh/Durham/Research-Triangle area continues to be a
technological growth area, CI Wise aims to provide leadership in the technology space here.
