Image sequence won't export past 10% and misses frames

It only exports to 10.5% and then gives up. It also seems to export at a very low framerate. The source video was recorded in VirtualDub at 60FPS but trdrop seems to export somewhere between 2 and 5fps

here's a video to better illustrate. Even though the export does not complete, it is not a 60 FPS image sequence. It seems to be like 20fps just to make it not super fast
