Hello everyone,
during the research and development of a new project, I came across this repository and several others that pioneered Datastore ODM solutions. Learning from these past endeavors was incredibly useful and helped shape the direction of my own work.
For those still monitoring this repo or landing here looking for a modern alternative, I’ve recently released google-cloud-datastore-odm. It is designed specifically for the current ecosystem, supporting Python >= 3.10 through 3.14 and the latest Google Cloud Datastore SDKs (2.20+).
You can find the repository here: https://github.com/trebbble/google-cloud-datastore-odm
Would appreciate any input/feedback older users might have and contributions are always welcome!
I hope this serves as a helpful resource for the community, cheers!
