Create a wiimote custom device with arduino for use it instead of a real one

Hi

Wiimote is a big device and some times is difficult to fit in the gun

So, is possible create a custom pcb with the wiimote ir camera. 2 microbuttons, one arduino with micro pcb and the hc-05 (arduino BT module(?)) For make a custom little wiimote?
