add description/help text to the CLI

I think adding help text is a good first issue for newcomers. Would be nice if we create a separate issue for this.

Sure, I have a few recommendations on this:

• disclosure command needs a short, 1-2 line description and it should be consistent with what we have in README.md
• Every subcommand (scan, text, version) should have examples like this
• Preferably could update Short description of all subcommands. Short coupled with the Example should do it, as disclosure --help will display Short and dislosure [subcommand] --help will also use the Short of respective subcommand, so it'll be consistent and also concise.
