Update cli command name to "disclosure" with project info in cli help

As per discussion in this thread, we can rename the cli command from ai-detection-action to disclosure.

Also, we shall include the project purpose and other info in cli command's --help menu.

in #32 i proposed we rename the repo. That was done before I learned that golang's binary names basically mirror the repo name.

@andrew what do you think of renaming the repo again to chaoss/disclosure ? 😝

By default, yes it uses repo name, but we could also specify a custom binary name during go build. So we don't have to change repo name to change command name each time :)

go build -o disclosure ./...
