Change docker image to tapyrus

Should use tapyrus docker image(https://hub.docker.com/r/tapyrus/tapyrusd) instead bitcoin.
We will fork the repository regtest-server(https://github.com/bitcoinjs/regtest-server) because this library depends on it.
