Yes. The existing FlixPatrol HotStar India catalog — flixpatrol.hotstar.in.all — only returns the English 'Top 10 Overall' ranking. There is no equivalent for the Hindi 'Top 10 Overall' list.
For HotStar India, the Hindi ranking better reflects locally trending content, so the English-only list isn't useful for tracking what's actually popular in Hindi.
