Using vanilla shears causes leaves to drop their respective blocks, but ceramic shears drop nothing.

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately, this is an issue on the Dynamic Trees side. The loot tables of their leaves don't use the forge:shears tag and only allow the vanilla minecraft shears to generate the drops. Please open an issue on the Dynamic Trees repository.
