Cannot GET /

After npm install and npm start I see the following message:

Cannot GET /

[cdaniel]

Yeah, it is broken.
I wrote this code a year ago in order to support atlas2.wardleymaps.com, but in the end, I have used different rendering mechanism, so I do not maintain this project anymore.

Feel free to fork it/fix it (maybe updating deps will help).
