Wagtail Image's have had a description property for storing alt text for a while now. We already use Instagram alt text on the home page, but we do not attach it to the image, so if an Instagram image is reused elsewhere on the site it will have terrible ("Instagram Post https://instagram.com/p/DQr7eAskr-T") alt text.
