Put real value into the copyright file in debian packaging.

I noticed that the copyright file in case of deb packaging is the dummy content 'Format: about:blank'. Is there a plan to add a section on clump.yaml for this value?

There is currently no plan but it's a very reasonable feature add.

I have not thought through how to handle the copyright files in a cross-distro way. My vague recollection for deb is there are more requirements and it is more complicated than for RPM. Maybe clump.yaml could have a entry for a deb formatted license file and then 'Format: ' defaults to something appropriate. For RPM, the deb formatted license file is included like any other rpm license file.
