using ProjecTILs for BPMC

I was wondering whether I could use ProjecTILs for single RNA BPMC data of infection disease or it just works on tumor data. In case of I can, what is the reference suitable for PBMC data?

currently the available maps are those listed in the ProjecTILs README. However, we are actively developing a generic reference map for PBMC which we hope to be able to release soon. We will post here again when it's available.
