Add usage examples

can we add usage examples for each hook? Like how react.dev does in their docs? https://react.dev/learn/you-might-not-need-an-effect#initializing-the-application

I'm sorry for missing this before.

I think that's a great idea. I've been meaning to improve the documentation. What do you think is the best format for doing this? I've got storybook installed for components, but it doesn't make a ton of sense for hooks.

Maybe a README for each hook with examples and a table of contents on the main README?
