Proper display handling for large text length

Hi all,

For the Filename, Notes and Attachments columns, we need a proper display handling if input is too long, e.g. using Truncation suggested by Fiori guidelines. Currently when user enters a very long text and saves, the columns are rendered too large.

Changing the behavior for normal text columns/fields is easy and now done for the columns Filename and Notes in the PR #693
It gets more complicated with the Attachment column, since it is a MediaResource, we started contact with the FE colleagues for a solution until we find a solution this is paused.
