Manual annotation files appear missing from UDMT Zenodo record

Hi,
congrats on the paper and cool work (:

We are trying to find the manual annotations referenced on the UDMT Datasets page. The page says the behavioral recordings and manual annotations are archived at Zenodo record 14580256, but the record appears to contain only .mp4 files.

Could you point us to the frame-level annotation files?

Thank you for pointing this out, and sorry for the inconvenience.

We have now uploaded the corresponding frame-level manual annotations here:

The behavioral videos are available at Zenodo record 14580256:

The annotation files are provided in MOT format and can be matched to the videos according to the dataset/video names.

Please note that the manual annotations were generated at fixed frame intervals rather than for every video frame. The annotation interval depends on the dataset name:

• datasets containing 94hz: one annotated frame every 600 frames;
• datasets containing flies: one annotated frame every 150 frames;
• datasets containing celegans: one annotated frame every 150 frames;
• all other datasets: one annotated frame every 300 frames.

The dataset names and video names should correspond directly, so the ground-truth file for each video can be identified from the shared name.

If you use these videos or annotations in your work, please cite our paper/dataset.
