Mark Notified Email as Read

Hi, is there a way to mark processed email as read, when this email has been forwarded to the google pub/sub? to avoid re-reading the email & re-processing the same email twice? thanks.

There are two ways to identify processed emails. You may add custom labels, e.g. 'PROCESSED', to the messages. Or you could use id and threadId. In both cases you would have to add some code to deal with those messages.

For custom labels it should be that labels can be used to filter out notifications. In practice it doesn't work. Every notification about every change made in mailbox will be pushed.
