Description
It seems that bulwarkmail always adds the Cc: header even if its empty. Its introduced by the webmail client as it doesnt happen with other clients (thunderbird).
Spam typically have empty To/Cc
RFC 5322 (Internet Message Format)
- Section 3.6.3 Destination address fields defines:
- To: and Cc: use address-list (non-empty)
- Bcc: is the one explicitly allowed to be empty in normal syntax
