[Feature]: Optional Outlook-style headers for reply and forward

Problem / Motivation

When replying the quoted message is currently introduced with the standard "On , wrote:". When forwarding it is a brief From/Date/Subject block (but no To/CC)

It would be nice to optionally have a full Outlook-style layout for replies and forwards (From/Sent/To/CC/Subject).

Proposed Solution

Have an option in the settings for Outlook-style layout for quoted messages.

The key differences vs. what Bulwark does today:

• Same header block for reply, reply-all and forward with bold labels (From, Sent, ...)
• Includes To and Cc
• Full localized date/time (Sent: instead of just Date:)
• The original message follows directly without a blockquote indent with a thin horizontal line above the header

There is a Thunderbird add-on that I currently use which does exactly this and might be a useful reference: https://github.com/jeevatkm/ReplyWithHeaderMozilla.
