Add queue filters and bulk queue actions in the sidebar #47

Description

Summary

Add or refine sidebar filters and bulk actions so lifecycle metadata can function as a practical review queue.

Why

Lifecycle metadata is only useful if users can act on it through the main review surface. The original pack already framed filters and bulk actions as the main queue-facing capabilities. fileciteturn7file5

Scope

In scope:

  • add filters for recent, stale, unresolved, and follow-up views
  • make filter behavior predictable and readable
  • integrate queue-relevant filters into the sidebar UX
  • add safe bulk actions for queue cleanup or revisit flows
  • preserve clarity around state changes

Out of scope:

  • complex saved-search systems
  • team assignment workflows

Done when

  • users can switch into key queue views with minimal friction
  • common queue cleanup and revisit actions can be performed in bulk
