tui: BrowserExecute renderer + BrowserCode terminal title

- Add dedicated BrowserExecute component mirroring Bash, with > inline icon and CPython-REPL prompts (>>> first line, ... continuations) for the python body. Replaces the generic-tool fallback (gear icon).

- Rename terminal window title strings: OpenCode -> BrowserCode, OC | <session> -> BC | <session>.
