Package the public demo with safe README and demo reel

Goal

Prepare the first public prototype for sharing without exposing private source materials.

Tasks

• Update README with prototype run instructions and safe premise language.
• Add a short public-facing description of the play loop.
• Capture a short demo reel or screenshots.
• Confirm private concept materials are not included.

Acceptance criteria

• A tester can run the prototype from the README.
• The public description sells the experience without exposing the private mythology docs.
• The demo artifact shows interaction, not just static reading.

Packaged in PR #14 with commit 8bbdd65.

What changed:

• Added a browser-captured public demo GIF at Case Box 001 - The Creator Who Left But Kept Posting/docs/case-box-demo.gif.
• Updated the root README, Case Box README, and docs index so testers can enter through the public demo before the broader Archive Hub.
• Kept the package public-safe: no private myth bible/canon/research/source folder names are tracked.

Verification:

• npm run check
• Static server returned 200 for the page, CSS, app script, playtest report, and demo GIF.
• Tracked-file private-name audit returned no matches.
